IT Support Specialist

In this role, you will provide enterprise-wide technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance tools. You will identify and fix technical issues, support business-critical systems and end users, and work with multi-functional IT teams to ensure seamless operations. You'll also help monitor key technology environments, maintain system access, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge documentation
Here's What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree, technical certification, or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience providing technical support, help desk services, or IT support within a corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and enterprise software platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support users at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple support requests, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
