Contract Tracer

We are looking for a customer-focused Contract Tracer to support employee outreach and case follow-up in Colton, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, gather accurate information, and keep records organized with great care. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to employees regarding reported positive COVID-19 cases and conduct confidential conversations to collect relevant exposure information.

• Guide employees through the process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a supportive and respectful experience.

• Record case details accurately in Excel and maintain clear, organized documentation for ongoing tracking.

• Use Outlook to send updates, manage correspondence, and coordinate timely notifications.

• Protect private information by handling all employee interactions and records with a high level of discretion.

• Work onsite to participate in training, receive supervision, and collaborate effectively with team members in real time.

Receptionist Duties- checking in visitors- Mon- Fri- 9am to 5pm

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related employee support role.
• Ability to work onsite in Colton, California for training, oversight, and team collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
• Proven attention to detail and organizational ability when managing case information and follow-up tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
• Experience using Outlook for email communication and timely coordination.
• Background in employee assistance, employee relations, counseling employees, or similar support-focused work is preferred.

Compensation

$17.36-$18.27 Hourly
