Recruiter

We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced hiring and will focus on managing a high volume of openings for onsite roles, partnering with hiring teams to attract talent with relevant experience and keep searches moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting experience, sharp sourcing skills, and the ability to maintain an organized process within an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a large number of onsite positions, from intake meetings through offer coordination.

• Build active candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies, direct outreach, referrals, and job postings.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide regular hiring updates.

• Screen applicants and conduct initial evaluations to identify candidates whose experience matches business requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum across multiple requisitions to support timely hiring decisions.

• Track recruiting activity accurately within the applicant tracking system and maintain up-to-date candidate records.

• Promote a detail-oriented and consistent candidate experience throughout each stage of the hiring process.

• Monitor hiring progress across open roles and adjust recruiting strategies to meet volume-based staffing demands.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated success supporting high-volume hiring across multiple open requisitions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to identify and engage candidates with relevant experience proactively.
• Background recruiting for onsite positions and coordinating closely with internal hiring teams.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage workflow and documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-moving setting.
• Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.

Compensation

$28.50-$33.00 Hourly
