Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct marketing workflows within project management systems, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables remain organized and on schedule
• Guide and support a multidisciplinary marketing team, providing coaching, feedback, and development across content, video, production, and outreach functions
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for new team members and external contributors, including contractors engaged for specialized project work
• Facilitate recurring team meetings, individual check-ins, and performance conversations to maintain alignment and accountability
• Collaborate with organizational leadership to shape campaign direction and convert broader business objectives into practical briefs and executable plans
• Build and maintain campaign schedules and editorial calendars that support coordinated, multi-channel marketing efforts
• Uphold and refine brand standards while serving as the final reviewer for marketing materials before release
• Assess campaign effectiveness using GA4, Google Search Console, and internal reporting tools to guide optimization and future planning
• Apply AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve research, streamline content development, and increase operational efficiency
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, including prior responsibility for team leadership, contractor coordination, or end-to-end campaign delivery• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level direction into structured briefs, actionable plans, and prioritized assignments
• Strong project management and people leadership skills, with experience managing several initiatives at once using ClickUp or comparable platforms
• Background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Excellent writing, editing, and content review skills with the judgment to maintain quality and brand consistency
• Experience supporting effective social media initiatives and/or video-based marketing campaigns
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data from tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and reporting dashboards to inform decisions
• Knowledge of email campaigns, B2B marketing, digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand awareness initiatives
Compensation
