Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support and maintain a stable, secure, and efficient technology environment in St. Augustine, Florida. This role focuses on administering core Microsoft infrastructure, supporting end users, and ensuring reliable performance across servers, desktops, and virtual platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with enterprise systems and a practical approach to troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, permissions, and directory structure management.
• Oversee the performance, availability, and routine upkeep of Microsoft Windows Server environments to support business operations.
• Provide technical support for Windows 10 endpoints by resolving system issues, managing configurations, and ensuring consistent device functionality.
• Install, configure, and support Dell hardware and related infrastructure components to maintain dependable workstation and server performance.
• Manage Citrix environments to deliver secure and reliable access to applications and virtual desktop resources.
• Monitor system health, apply updates and patches, and address issues proactively to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, desktop, and access-related incidents while documenting resolutions and recurring issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system stability, strengthen security practices, and support infrastructure-related changes when needed.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory in a business environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and support.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 systems.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware, deployment, and maintenance practices.
• Practical experience with Citrix technologies in an enterprise setting.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems across servers, desktops, and user access systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a service-oriented approach to technical support.

Compensation

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 Yearly
