Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support performance-driven business operations in Nashville, Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can interpret operational data, monitor service outcomes, and help strengthen workflows within a consumer banking and credit card environment. The role requires a detail-focused individual who is comfortable working with call center metrics, evaluating business impact, and coordinating across operational functions to improve execution.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze call center performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Track service levels and key performance indicators to help teams maintain consistent results and meet business expectations.
• Support criticality assessments by reviewing operational processes and highlighting areas that may affect customer service or business continuity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve procedures related to consumer lending, credit card operations, and service delivery.
• Coordinate logistics and workflow activities to ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Contribute to supply chain and operational planning efforts where cross-functional execution is needed to maintain business performance.
• Prepare clear reports and summaries that translate operational findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Assist with process updates and implementation activities, including operational changes that affect day-to-day team execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with call center metrics and using performance data to support operational decisions.
• Background in consumer banking, consumer lending, credit card operations, or a closely related financial services environment.
• Ability to perform criticality analysis and assess the business impact of operational issues.
• Knowledge of logistics, workflow coordination, or supply chain management within a service-oriented setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support operational goals.

Compensation

$18.00-$22.00 Hourly
