Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
• Build and oversee a multi-platform social media calendar that supports campaign goals, brand visibility, and ongoing audience engagement.
• Create and refine platform-specific content, including written copy, short-form video concepts, and creative direction for in-house or agency-produced assets.
• Drive fresh, platform-native ideas that improve content performance and capture attention quickly in crowded social feeds.
• Track conversations, keywords, emerging trends, and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for content improvement and audience growth.
• Establish performance metrics for social channels, prepare recurring reports, and present clear insights that guide future strategy decisions.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, product, compliance, and outside partners to ensure social initiatives align with business objectives and brand standards.
• Lead social response workflows and support social care team operations to deliver timely, high-quality interactions with customers and followers.
• Maintain social media practices that meet applicable regulatory and policy requirements while protecting brand reputation.
• Support on-site events when needed by helping activate social coverage and extend audience engagement beyond digital channels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.• At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong concentration in social media management.
• Minimum of 6 years managing social programs that include organic content, paid promotion, engagement, and social care across major platforms.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with social media management and listening tools such as Sprinklr, HubSpot, or Chatmeter.
• Minimum of 3 years providing customer support or community response through social channels.
• Strong analytical ability with experience translating social data, web traffic indicators, and channel KPIs into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to handle brand messaging and customer service interactions effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with agencies, partners, and industry influencers to strengthen social reach and impact.
Compensation
