Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members or departments in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, transferring calls accurately, and taking clear messages when needed.
• Serve as the first point of contact for callers, providing helpful information and ensuring inquiries are routed efficiently.
• Support day-to-day front desk activities to keep the reception area organized, presentable, and welcoming.
• Handle general administrative tasks associated with reception duties, including documenting messages and assisting with basic office coordination.
• Maintain consistent communication with team members to ensure visitors and calls are addressed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience performing front desk or receptionist responsibilities in an office setting.
• Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous phone manner when handling inbound calls.
• Comfortable managing several tasks at once while remaining organized and attentive to detail.
• Dependable availability for a part-time schedule.
• Friendly and customer-focused approach when interacting with visitors and staff.
