Help Desk Analyst II

Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support across a multi-site organization. This individual will assist with end-user support, desktop administration, infrastructure maintenance, and day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience supporting a Windows-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support desktop and laptop hardware and software.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup and equipment deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support routine server maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Participate in IT projects and technology rollouts.
• Perform a variety of technical support tasks as assigned by the IT team.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and end-user guides.
• Assist with administration of third-party business applications, including ERP systems.
• Provide technology support across multiple office and operational locations.
• Deliver responsive, customer-focused support to end users throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with modern desktop technologies.
• Customer-service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows environments.
• Experience with user administration, hardware deployment, and troubleshooting preferred.
