Treasury Manager

Compensation: $135 to $150 Yearly

A global organization is seeking an analytical, proactive, and collaborative Treasury Manager to lead financial risk management, liquidity optimization, and cash forecasting initiatives. This role will focus on foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk management, working capital optimization, treasury analytics, and executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset and a passion for process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Management

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex cash flow forecasting models using advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Partner with business and regional teams to improve working capital performance and optimize cash utilization.
  • Manage and expand banking relationships to maximize liquidity and support treasury initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects related to treasury processes, analytics, systems, and reporting.

Financial Risk Management

  • Identify, assess, and manage FX, interest rate, and other financial risks.
  • Monitor global financial markets and evaluate economic trends impacting treasury activities.
  • Support the development and execution of hedging and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Enhance treasury reporting, exposure tracking, and quantitative risk analysis through automation and process improvements.

Executive Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare treasury reports and presentations for senior leadership, lenders, financial partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide insights into cash positions, liquidity metrics, hedging effectiveness, and financial exposures.
  • Ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.



Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Treasury, or a related field required.
  • MBA, CFA, CTP, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience within a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong background in cash forecasting, liquidity management, working capital optimization, and financial risk management.
  • Experience managing FX exposures, interest rate risk, and treasury-related banking relationships.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Expert-level Excel skills; experience with automation tools and VBA preferred.
  • Deep understanding of treasury products, hedging instruments, and liquidity structures.
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across finance, operations, banking partners, and executive leadership teams.
  • Experience working with treasury management systems, ERP integrations, and financial market platforms preferred.



Compensation

$135,000.00-$150,000.00 Yearly
