Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts of a client in Troy, Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who can manage recruiting activities from initial outreach through offer stage while maintaining a strong candidate experience. The position requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, close partnership with hiring teams, and the ability to keep multiple openings moving efficiently in a high-volume environment. This is a hybrid/remote opportunity but candidates must live in the metro Detroit area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.

• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and other targeted outreach strategies.

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and provide updates throughout the search process.

• Review applications, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview scheduling with speed and accuracy.

• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining organization, follow-up, and a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate recruiting records and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system to support reporting and compliance.

• Recommend sourcing and process improvements based on hiring trends, market feedback, and pipeline performance.

• Support recruiting operations related to system or process updates when needed as part of ongoing hiring activities.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related hiring function.
• Hands-on experience managing full cycle recruitment across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Ability to source candidates effectively using multiple channels in a corporate recruiting environment.
• Experience handling high-volume hiring needs while staying organized and responsive.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and accurate documentation practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and move searches forward within established timelines.

Compensation

$50,000.00-$70,000.00 Yearly
