Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and serve as a first point of contact by managing front desk interactions and responding to inbound phone calls courteously.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks such as preparing documents, organizing records, and maintaining orderly office files and materials.
• Enter and update information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with day-to-day office coordination by supporting staff needs and handling general clerical duties in a timely manner.
• Help manage correspondence, route messages appropriately, and ensure important information reaches the right team members.
• Support routine office operations by monitoring supplies, maintaining shared spaces, and assisting with additional tasks as needed in an office setting.
• Carry out responsibilities in a dependable manner while meeting deadlines, maintaining attendance, and presenting a detail-oriented demeanor.
• Perform light to moderate physical tasks when needed, including moving office materials and equipment and navigating the workplace throughout the day.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative support, receptionist work, or office assistance is helpful; entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.• Ability to answer inbound calls courteously and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and other contacts.
• Proficiency in data entry and general office tasks with strong attention to accuracy and organization.
• Comfortable working in an office environment that requires reliability, punctuality, and a detail-oriented approach.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and adjusting to changing daily priorities with minimal supervision.
• Able to perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 45 pounds when required.
• Strong basic computer and administrative skills, including the ability to handle clerical responsibilities efficiently.
Compensation
