Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring needs for a Long-term Contract position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role will focus on managing multiple open positions and building talent pipelines for operations-focused hiring, particularly within construction, warehouse, and distribution environments. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing approach, strong applicant tracking system experience, and the ability to work independently in a flexible part-time schedule. This opportunity begins onsite and then transitions to periodic onsite presence as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Source and identify candidates with relevant experience through Indeed and other recruiting channels for a variety of open positions.
• Manage several active requisitions at once while maintaining an organized and timely recruitment process.
• Build and maintain pipelines of talent for production, warehouse, distribution, and construction-related roles.
• Screen applicants to evaluate experience, fit, availability, and interest before advancing them through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders and other recruiters to align on priorities, candidate quality, and interview activity.
• Track candidate activity, hiring progress, and recruitment metrics within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Help maintain recruiting momentum for urgent hiring needs by ensuring consistent follow-up and candidate communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for construction, warehouse, or distribution roles is required.
• Proven background in sourcing candidates through Indeed and other talent attraction platforms.
• Prior success supporting high-volume recruiting environments with multiple open requisitions.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and accurate recruitment documentation practices.
• Strong corporate recruiting skills with the ability to assess candidates efficiently and professionally.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a dependable follow-through approach.
• Ability to work onsite initially in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with periodic onsite attendance thereafter.

Compensation

$22.16-$25.66 Hourly
