HRIS Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Lead data preparation and validation efforts tied to Workday compensation configuration updates, including support for testing and file readiness.
• Match employee records to the appropriate job framework to ensure correct classification, pay grade placement, and compensation alignment.
• Organize and reconcile compensation elements such as salary ranges, bands, grades, allowances, and local incentive components at the employee level.
• Use advanced Excel techniques and Microsoft Copilot to analyze source data, standardize file structures, and resolve issues that affect successful system uploads.
• Cleanse, transform, and manage large volumes of HR and compensation information while preserving accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data load exceptions, identifying root causes and correcting discrepancies before final processing.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and total rewards stakeholders to ensure dependable data outputs and coordinated execution.
• Apply knowledge of compensation practices and compliance considerations, including local requirements and workforce-related rules, when reviewing and preparing data.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, compensation analysis, or a related HR data-focused role.• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HRIS, particularly in compensation and job-related data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate, validate, and reconcile large datasets.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools to support analysis and data preparation.
• Solid understanding of HRIS structures, HR data governance, and system-driven data quality controls.
• Familiarity with compensation frameworks such as salary grades, ranges, bands, and employee-level pay components.
• Ability to work effectively across HR, payroll, finance, and rewards teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of compliance considerations related to compensation, local labor practices, and regulated workforce data.
