Concierge
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee building access needs by handling badge-related issues and coordinating with security and technology partners to resolve entry concerns.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries while assisting the workplace and facilities team with service requests and general administrative tasks.
• Prepare meeting rooms and conference spaces, welcome and escort visitors, and help maintain an organized and detail-oriented office environment.
• Provide ongoing support for shared pantry or marketplace areas by cleaning reusable items, loading and unloading dishwashers, restocking supplies, and keeping food and beverage stations orderly.
• Coordinate onsite meeting and event logistics, including room setup, catering arrangements, delivery follow-up, and post-event cleanup.
• Follow site-specific safety, security, and emergency procedures and escalate concerns promptly to protect employees, guests, and visitors.
• Perform recurring workplace inspections by checking supplies, reviewing logs, monitoring inventory, and confirming that amenities and safety equipment remain properly stocked and operational.
• Respond to employee and visitor questions or concerns with care, offering practical solutions and escalating more complex issues when needed.
• Contribute to team goals by using sound judgment, supporting service standards, and demonstrating a customer-focused approach in daily interactions.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• At least 2-3 years of experience in concierge services, customer service, workplace support, facilities coordination, or a similar administrative role.
• Ability to work onsite in Toms River, New Jersey for the duration of the assignment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consistent focus on service and professionalism.
• Experience handling deliveries, scheduling needs, meeting support, and general office or facilities-related coordination.
• Familiarity with security procedures, inventory checks, compliance-related tasks, and maintaining accurate logs or records.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
Compensation
