Recruiting Specialist (contract to hire)

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently looking for a contract Recruiting Specialist to support fast-paced recruitment efforts in Decatur, Georgia. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage high-volume recruitment while staying organized, responsive, and adaptable across different teams and leadership styles. The role focuses on filling hourly positions efficiently, maintaining strong communication, and delivering results in a performance-driven environment. This role will require split time between Decatur and Mableton GA. This is going to be a contract engagement with a possibility of becoming contract to hire in early 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities for a high volume of hourly openings across multiple locations.

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates efficiently to keep recruiting pipelines active and moving.

• Partner with leaders who have varying communication preferences and operational needs to align on staffing priorities.

• Maintain quick follow-up times with candidates and recruiting teams to support a smooth and responsive recruitment process.

• Track recruiting activity, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet staffing goals.

• Support recruitment efforts across different organizational locations while balancing shifting priorities in a busy environment.

• Conduct candidate outreach and evaluate talent for a range of roles, including broader corporate recruiting needs when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume or fast-moving hiring environment.
• Background recruiting for hourly positions with the ability to handle multiple openings at once.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills across corporate or operational roles.
• Ability to work effectively with different management styles and adapt communication accordingly.
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven setting with clear expectations around speed and results.
• Excellent responsiveness, organization, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices, candidate experience standards, and applicable HR policy considerations.

Compensation

$34.00-$38.00 Hourly
