Job Title: QC Admin/Data Entry Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK (Travel/Commute to Muskogee Required)
Pay: $50,000–$60,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | 2-Year Contract

Position Overview:
A growing construction company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control / Data Entry Specialist to support daily operations across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and maintaining quality data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large volumes of data entry, maintaining detailed records, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring operational information is accurate and up to date. This position requires someone who is extremely detail-focused, computer proficient, and comfortable working with repetitive but critical data processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The position is based in Tulsa; however, regular commuting to Muskogee is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Review, verify, and audit operational and project documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of project, quality control, and operational data
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and documentation errors, working with project teams to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain and manage spreadsheets, reports, quality logs, and tracking documents using Microsoft Excel
- Support quality control processes by ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for project and quality documentation
- Assist with tracking project progress, job costs, inspections, schedules, and quality-related documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, field personnel, and office staff to collect, verify, and maintain required records
- Assist with purchasing documentation, invoicing support, and project closeout documentation
- Prepare reports and summaries for leadership using operational and quality control data
- Recommend improvements to documentation processes, workflows, and record management procedures
- Support special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, quality control administration, document control, project administration, or a similar high-volume administrative role
- Experience working in construction, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or another document-intensive environment preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and audit-ready files
- Ability to process and review large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, filtering, sorting, and data validation (required)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and document management systems
- Experience with Google Docs/Google Workspace is a plus
- Excellent organizational, time management, and document management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with office staff, field teams, and project leadership
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Muskogee as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Compensation
