Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, employees, and guests in a courteous manner and ensure a positive front desk experience.
• Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and respond to routine reception-related requests.
• Coordinate visitor check-in procedures, issue access support as needed, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Oversee front desk coverage throughout the day and help keep common areas orderly, presentable, and ready for use.
• Receive mail, deliveries, and packages, then distribute items promptly to the correct recipients.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling assistance, meeting coordination, and general office communication.
• Partner with workplace and office teams to address day-to-day facility or service requests efficiently.
• Monitor office supplies at the reception area and request replenishment to support uninterrupted daily operations.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar customer-facing support role.• Demonstrated ability to handle receptionist duties with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy in a busy office setting.
• Comfortable interacting with visitors, staff, and vendors in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.
• Proficiency with basic office tools and standard administrative systems.
• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation
