Full Stack Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join a growing team in Reston, Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating robust, business-focused software solutions and can contribute across both front-end and back-end development. You will help build scalable applications, work with modern Microsoft technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance full-stack software solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Build reliable enterprise applications that emphasize scalability, maintainability, and strong overall performance.
• Create data-centric features that connect effectively with databases, external APIs, and related service layers.
• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Contribute to application architecture decisions and support the adoption of cloud-based development approaches.
• Write clean, well-structured code and participate in testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in software application development.
• Proven background in full-stack engineering with the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience developing web applications with ASP.NET, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise-level systems that are scalable and maintainable.
• Experience building applications that rely on databases, APIs, and other integrated data services.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and current software development best practices.
• Strong communication skills and experience working closely with product and business teams.

Compensation

$140,000.00-$145,000.00 Yearly
