Digital Paid Media Manager
Responsibilities:
• Build and oversee paid media strategies for multiple brands and service lines, including audience targeting, keyword planning, ad messaging, and landing page alignment.
• Partner with brand, creative, and digital stakeholders to launch integrated campaigns that maintain consistency across channels and support business goals.
• Direct the work of outside agencies and media vendors, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and campaign outcomes to ensure high-quality execution.
• Administer national and local advertising budgets with a focus on efficient spending, lead growth, and customer acquisition performance.
• Measure campaign success through ongoing KPI tracking, performance analysis, and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Prepare recurring paid media reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to communicate results, trends, and next steps.
• Provide day-to-day digital marketing guidance to franchise partners and internal teams to support campaign effectiveness and platform usage.
• Support team growth by contributing to recruiting, onboarding, training, and oversight of digital marketing personnel.
• Monitor developments in advertising platforms, automation, and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in broader marketing and strategic initiatives as business priorities evolve.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.• At least 3 years of experience managing paid media programs with responsibility for strategy, execution, and performance oversight.
• Demonstrated success leading digital campaigns from initial planning through reporting and post-campaign evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend actions tied to business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, and digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with multi-location marketing environments or agency-side campaign management is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
