Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk while creating a courteous and welcoming first impression.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, answer routine questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members when needed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support by preparing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with general office organization.
• Enter and update information accurately in internal systems to help keep resident, billing, and office data current.
• Assist with resident concerns or service issues by listening carefully, documenting details, and helping coordinate timely follow-up.
• Support billing-related administrative tasks, including reviewing information for accuracy and helping resolve basic account questions.
• Monitor office activity and identify potential issues early so they can be addressed before they affect resident service.
• Contribute to smooth front office operations by managing multiple priorities and following through on assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate patiently and professionally.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and in-person inquiries in a fast-paced office setting.
• Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complaints or concerns calmly and work toward practical solutions.
• Familiarity with basic billing support and general administrative procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Compensation
