Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume administrative support activities, including document scanning, file indexing, copying, and accurate data entry.
• Assemble, review, and distribute outgoing packets, correspondence, and mailings to ensure materials are complete and sent on time.
• Prepare legal and judgment-related documentation by organizing supporting information and maintaining detailed records.
• Enter and update case or account information in spreadsheets and internal systems with strong attention to detail.
• Perform calculations related to bank and wage information and assist with judgment entry tasks as needed.
• Monitor calendars, track deadlines, and help coordinate time-sensitive follow-up actions for the department.
• Draft clear written responses and provide general administrative support for client-related communications.
• Assist with audit preparation by gathering files, organizing documentation, and responding to internal information requests.
• Support front-office and general office functions, which may include handling inbound calls and providing receptionist-style assistance when needed.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic computer systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage inbound calls and written correspondence.
• Capable of organizing documents, preparing files, and maintaining orderly records.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is helpful, but not required for candidates with relevant office experience.
Compensation
