Review Attorney

We are looking for a Review Attorney to support a legal team in Minneapolis, Minnesota on a Long-term Contract assignment. This position sits on a welcoming and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Examine document collections to determine whether materials should be considered responsive for discovery purposes.

• Identify records that are clearly unrelated to company operations and distinguish them from broadly relevant business documents.

• Flag potentially privileged communications or work product for further handling under the client’s review protocol.

• Apply consistent judgment throughout the review to support efficient and defensible document coding.

• Work closely with the existing legal review team rather than in a standalone leadership capacity.

• Use Relativity and related e-discovery tools to navigate, assess, and categorize large volumes of documents.

• Follow project-specific guidance and quality standards established by the managing legal team.

• Contribute to litigation support efforts by maintaining accuracy, speed, and attention to detail during review workflows.

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney with experience in document review, discovery, or litigation support.
• Working knowledge of e-discovery practices and document relevance assessment.
• Familiarity with Relativity for reviewing and coding electronic documents.
• Ability to recognize potentially privileged material and escalate it appropriately.
• Strong analytical skills with careful attention to consistency and detail.
• Comfortable working as part of an integrated legal review team in a contract environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow review instructions precisely.

Compensation

$28.00-$30.00 Hourly
