In-store Sr. Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
• Create compelling in-store marketing materials, print collateral, and promotional assets that align with brand standards and retail partner expectations.
• Develop design solutions for brochures, signage, point-of-sale materials, and other customer-facing creative deliverables across print and digital formats.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external retail accounts to translate business needs into visually effective design concepts and production-ready artwork.
• Manage multiple projects within established workflow systems, ensuring deadlines, revisions, and approvals are handled efficiently.
• Prepare files for print production with close attention to layout accuracy, typography, color consistency, and technical specifications.
• Contribute to digital creative work as needed, supporting integrated campaigns and cross-channel brand initiatives.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce high-quality design assets and refine concepts based on feedback from cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate in a hybrid work environment with regular onsite presence and occasional travel to support business and creative priorities.
Qualifications:
• Senior-level experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating in-store, retail, or print-focused creative work.• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven ability to design high-volume print materials such as brochures, signage, and other promotional collateral.
• Experience balancing traditional print design with digital design assignments in a deadline-driven setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort using project or workflow management platforms such as Workfront.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools, such as Adobe Firefly, Claude, or similar technologies, is preferred.
• Background supporting home improvement, home center, furniture, or large retail clients is highly valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage feedback, priorities, and multiple concurrent projects effectively.
