Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a growing HR team by managing interview scheduling, conducting candidate interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.

Location: Export, PA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension

Attire: Business casual environment

Parking: Free onsite parking available

Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Track applicants and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation
• Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and recruiting administration
• Provide general support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team [Leybold 20...oordinator | Word]

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience
• Experience conducting or coordinating interviews
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; SuccessFactors preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience [Leybold 20...oordinator | Word]
