Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide responsive technical assistance for end users in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role is focused on resolving common workstation and access issues while delivering dependable service across a Windows-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for employees experiencing login difficulties, password problems, hardware malfunctions, and general desktop issues.

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems, and related end-user technology to restore productivity quickly.

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and power-related concerns at the desktop level, escalating broader infrastructure incidents to the appropriate organizational support teams.

• Assist users in managing account access and permissions within Active Directory in accordance with established procedures.

• Deliver technical support through a combination of onsite and remote assistance while maintaining clear communication with end users throughout the resolution process.

• Document reported issues, actions taken, and outcomes to ensure accurate tracking and continuity of support during the assignment.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or end-user technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience working with Active Directory for basic account administration and user support.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and desktop issue resolution.
• Proficiency supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications in a business environment.
• Experience providing technical support for Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high volumes of routine support requests in a detail-oriented manner.

Compensation

$23.75-$27.50 Hourly
