Sr. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex calendars, schedule appointments, and align meetings across multiple stakeholders to support efficient day-to-day operations.
• Arrange business travel plans, including itineraries, lodging, and transportation, while ensuring timely updates to all parties involved.
• Provide high-level administrative support through document preparation, correspondence handling, record maintenance, and general office coordination.
• Organize conference calls and meeting logistics, including securing meeting times, distributing details, and helping ensure sessions run smoothly.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export and import documentation with attention to accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements.
• Track action items, follow up on pending tasks, and help leadership stay informed on deadlines and priorities.
• Support reporting and file management processes by maintaining organized records and accessible administrative documentation.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-moving business environment.• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and handle shifting priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience arranging travel and supporting meeting logistics, including conference call coordination.
• Familiarity with export and import documents and the ability to manage administrative paperwork accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative systems.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Compensation
