Medical Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors professionally, provide check-in support, and ensure front-desk interactions are efficient and courteous.
• Manage appointment calendars by scheduling, confirming, and updating patient visits in accordance with office procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to routine questions, and direct messages to the appropriate clinical or administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate patient intake and front-office records while supporting day-to-day administrative workflows.
• Coordinate patient arrival processes, verify basic information, and prepare documentation needed for appointments.
• Support general receptionist duties such as handling correspondence, monitoring the reception area, and assisting with office organization.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a medical reception, healthcare front office, or similar patient-facing administrative role.• Working knowledge of patient scheduling practices and daily front-desk office operations.
• Ability to perform patient check-in tasks accurately while maintaining a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology used in a clinical or healthcare environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with standard office systems and confidence in handling administrative responsibilities with attention to detail.
Compensation
