Vice President of Human Resources
Responsibilities:
• Direct the daily execution of human resources operations, ensuring effective support for employees and managers across multiple locations.
• Act as the senior HR advisor to executive leadership, offering guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related decisions.
• Lead sensitive employee matters by conducting investigations, resolving workplace concerns, and coaching leaders through complex personnel situations.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, from candidate sourcing and interviewing through offer development and hiring coordination.
• Create and implement a structured internship program that attracts early-career talent and supports long-term workforce development goals.
• Establish a consistent onboarding experience that helps new hires integrate quickly and successfully into the organization.
• Develop, refine, and standardize HR policies, procedures, and operating practices to support a multi-state and international employee population.
• Oversee performance management activities, including review cycles, goal alignment, corrective action planning, and manager support.
• Supervise payroll and benefits administration through leadership of the Payroll and Benefits Manager, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
• Monitor compliance with applicable employment regulations and drive ongoing improvements that bring greater structure and efficiency to HR operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.• At least 10 years of progressive human resources experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
• Previous experience managing HR team members and overseeing core people operations.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Demonstrated success building HR policies, procedures, and foundational infrastructure for a growing organization.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce is required; exposure to international HR practices is strongly preferred.
• Background overseeing payroll and benefits functions is strongly preferred.
• Experience within real estate or another multi-location business environment is an advantage.
Compensation
