Contact Center Representative

We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to support customer interactions for a Contract position at an entertainment union located Miracle Mile. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for callers, assist with service-related questions, and help process customer requests accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage both incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism, providing timely support and clear information.

• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or resolve outstanding issues.

• Enter orders and update customer information accurately within internal systems.

• Address service inquiries, concerns, and routine requests while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Document interactions thoroughly to ensure records are complete and up to date.

• Coordinate with internal teams when issues require additional research or escalation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems and customer support tools.

Compensation

$26.60-$28.00 Hourly
