Admissions Representative

We are looking for an Admissions Representative to support prospective students through the enrollment journey in Richmond, Virginia. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, explaining program options clearly, and delivering a high standard of service throughout each interaction. The role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and guiding inquiries toward informed enrollment decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to prospective students through phone and other communication channels to discuss educational offerings and answer questions.
• Build rapport with individuals considering enrollment and provide thoughtful guidance based on their interests and goals.
• Conduct consultative conversations that highlight program value and encourage informed decision-making.
• Track lead activity, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records of outreach and candidate interactions.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, and courteously to inquiries.
• Support enrollment efforts by helping prospects move efficiently through each stage of the admissions process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prospective students receive accurate information and timely assistance.

Qualifications:

• Experience or demonstrated ability in sales, promotional outreach, or customer-facing engagement.
• Confidence making outbound calls and managing conversations with prospective students or clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate persuasively.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Organized approach to follow-up, recordkeeping, and managing multiple leads at once.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment focused on outreach and conversion results.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
