Remote Patent Litigation Paralegal

A boutique intellectual property law firm is seeking an experienced Remote Litigation Paralegal to support an active patent litigation matter. Workload will be part-time and project-based, with hours fluctuating based on litigation deadlines and case activity. There may be slower periods followed by spikes in workload as deadlines approach. We're seeking someone who values flexibility and can step in when support is needed.

What You'll Do:

• Support attorneys in an active patent litigation matter
• Organize and manage patent-related case files, pleadings, exhibits, and litigation documents
• Review and analyze technical, patent, and evidentiary materials
• Assist with discovery, document review, and production
• Track litigation deadlines and support case management efforts
• Prepare filings and coordinate litigation-related documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex intellectual property disputes

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Prior litigation paralegal experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing complex litigation matters and large volumes of documents
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Excellent communication and deadline-management skills

Strongly Preferred:

• Patent litigation experience
• Intellectual property litigation experience
• Experience reviewing patent applications, patent portfolios, or technical documents
• Familiarity with USPTO procedures and patent-related terminology
• Patent prosecution experience
