Compliance Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support procurement operations in Tualatin, Oregon. This role focuses on maintaining purchasing compliance, strengthening supplier and contract processes, and helping teams make informed sourcing decisions. The ideal candidate brings experience in procurement analysis, supply chain coordination, and contract review within a structured corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze purchasing activities to ensure alignment with internal procurement standards and established policies.
• Review supplier agreements and purchasing terms to support compliant, cost-conscious contract execution.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve sourcing workflows and address procurement-related risks.
• Monitor supply chain and logistics activities to identify issues that may affect purchasing performance or compliance outcomes.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and spend analysis to support decision-making across corporate procurement functions.
• Assist with vendor communication, bid evaluations, and negotiation support to help secure favorable business terms.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit readiness and operational transparency.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting corporate procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations in a business setting.• Working knowledge of procurement compliance practices, supplier management, and contract review processes.
• Ability to analyze purchasing data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Familiarity with supply chain logistics and the impact of sourcing decisions on business operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills in handling contracts, records, and procurement documentation.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and reporting tools used for purchasing and analysis.
Compensation
