Sr. Financial Analyst

Compensation: $130 to $140 Yearly

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support high-impact financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making for the business in Deer Park, Texas. This role blends advanced modeling, executive-level analysis, and business partnership, requiring someone who can turn complex data into practical guidance for leaders across finance and operations. The ideal candidate brings strong forecasting expertise, sharp analytical judgment, and the ability to improve reporting tools and processes that drive better decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Build and refine integrated financial models that connect the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement to support scenario analysis, pricing decisions, and capital planning.
• Lead the development of annual budgets, rolling projections, and longer-range financial plans, updating assumptions as business conditions evolve.
• Evaluate financial performance across business units, projects, customers, service offerings, and locations to uncover trends, risks, and margin improvement opportunities.
• Create cash flow forecasts and working capital analyses that highlight timing issues and help leadership anticipate impacts on liquidity and payment obligations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages with clear variance analysis and decision-ready insights for executive stakeholders.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI so users can monitor performance more effectively.
• Develop self-service reporting resources that allow leaders in the field and corporate teams to access timely answers without relying on manual report requests.
• Manage reporting data structures, maintain Acumatica-based financial reporting, and automate recurring processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Partner closely with executives, site leaders, and operational teams to translate financial results into actionable business decisions and support organizational changes, including acquisition-related due diligence and reporting integration.
• Step into related finance or accounting support activities when needed, providing dependable coverage during changing business demands.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related corporate finance role.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling, including integrated three-statement models and scenario-based analysis.
• Strong background in budgeting, annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Proven ability to perform variance analysis, profitability analysis, KPI reporting, and ad hoc financial reviews for senior leadership.
• Experience building cash flow forecasts and assessing working capital drivers in a dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency with executive presentations and reporting tools, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, along with automation and data management skills that streamline recurring reporting.
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions support, including financial due diligence, reconciliation, and reporting alignment across entities or systems.

Compensation

$130,000.00-$140,000.00 Yearly
