Accounting Manager
The Accounting/Finance Manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains compliance with GAAP. This role manages a small team, supervises month-end close, prepares financial statements, and supports budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
