• System implementations and conversion (accounting, ERP, and payroll systems)
• Budget season support
• Year-end preparation, including cash-in projects
• Cost accounting and inventory variance analysis
• Quarter and month end reconciliation and close, with financial statement preparation
• Cash forecasting and budget analysis, especially for multi-entity organizations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounting roles.

• Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes and Journal Entries (JE).

• ERP and accounting system experience required.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

• Experience with Fixed Assets management and depreciation schedules.

• Proficiency in account reconciliations and variance analysis.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
