Bilingual HR Assistant

Robert Half is working with a very well-known company that is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with administrative HR functions, employee onboarding, recordkeeping, benefits support, and general employee communication. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the human resources team
• Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing new hire paperwork
• Maintain employee files and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support benefits administration and answer routine employee questions
• Help coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions
• Assist with data entry and updates in HR systems
• Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports
• Communicate policies and procedures to employees in English and Spanish
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• 1+ year of administrative or human resources support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Employee onboarding

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
