Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data analysis to help leadership make informed business decisions. In a mid-sized company, this role often works closely with finance and operations teams to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support planning and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. Based on general knowledge.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Based on general knowledge.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Based on general knowledge.
• Assist with budgeting, planning, and business performance reviews. Based on general knowledge.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for management. Based on general knowledge.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making. Based on general knowledge.
• Help ensure data accuracy and support process improvement initiatives. Based on general knowledge.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial analysis, FP& A, or related finance experience preferred. Based on general knowledge.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skills. Based on general knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms may be preferred. Based on general knowledge.
