Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts across the organization. This role will work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver successful technology and operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Create business requirements documents, process flows, user stories, and other project documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Assist with process optimization and organizational change initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting software development, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis certification.
