Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Tucson-based team. This role will partner with stakeholders across departments to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support technology and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
• Create process flows, reports, and business documentation
• Support system implementations, testing, and user acceptance efforts
• Track project milestones, risks, and action items
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights for leadership
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams
• Assist with change management, training, and end-user support

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with SQL, ERP systems, or CRM platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
