HR Generalist

Robert Half is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic support and help foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day human resources operations across multiple functional areas
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes
• Administer benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant
• Support employee relations matters by addressing questions and escalating issues appropriately
• Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Help manage performance review processes and track employee development activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and internal procedures
• Generate HR reports and support audits, policy updates, and special projects
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to support organizational goals

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of human resources experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations
• Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing demands
