Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support their team. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for members and employees, providing assistance with benefits enrollment, plan selection, eligibility questions, and general customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails related to benefits and open enrollment.
• Assist members with enrollment, plan changes, and benefits-related questions.
• Explain benefit offerings, coverage options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment deadlines.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
• Research and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Review enrollment forms and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and benefits information.
• Meet established service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service while navigating multiple systems and resources.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, healthcare, insurance, or benefits-related experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Ability to quickly learn benefits programs, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Open Enrollment, healthcare, benefits, or insurance experience.
• Call center experience.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
