NotaryWorks Signing Coordinator

Accurate Group is seeking a Signing Coordinator to join our growing NotaryWorks team. The Signing Coordinator will serve as an essential scheduling specialist for our clients by understanding client scheduling needs, coordinating with signing agent vendors, and supporting timely communication in a fast-paced environment. This role requires frequent interaction by phone and email with clients, borrowers, vendors, and internal team members.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of NotaryWorks department functions, workflows, and client requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries received by email and phone in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Schedule notary signing agents for lender assignments.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with borrowers.
  • Complete scheduling requests in accordance with individual client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage relationships with signing agent vendors.
  • Assist with department tasks and projects as business needs arise and as directed by the department manager.
  • Stack and review/QC documents received from clients before sending them to signing agents.
  • Upload signing agent executed documents to appropriate client systems.
  • Successful candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and resolve standardized problems involving several concrete variables.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Job Type: Full-time, remote

    Salary: $16.00–$18.00 per hour

    Schedule: MondayFriday8-hour shifts
