Job Summary

The Treasury Analyst will support our daily cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation efforts. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this role provides hands-on exposure to global cash operations, banking relationships, forecasting, and internal controls. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional seeking to build a strong foundation in corporate treasury and finance.

Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Monitor, reconcile, and report daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts to ensure optimal liquidity for daily operations.
  • Cash Forecasting: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts, identifying variances and trends.
  • Benefit Plans & Investments: Assist with treasury operations related to employee benefit plans (e.g., 401k funding).
  • Payment Processing: Execute and validate electronic fund transfers (EFTs, wires, ACH) and ensure all payments are accurately settled.
  • Risk Management: Support foreign exchange (FX) exposure analysis and monitor interest rate fluctuations.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain treasury dashboards and prepare month-end reporting packages. Ensure strict compliance with internal SOX controls. Support audit requests as needed.
  • System Optimization: Assist with the administration of the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Bank Relationships & Compliance: Assist with banking relationships, negotiate fees, and maintain SOX compliance for all treasury operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business field.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of corporate finance, banking, or treasury experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and Treasury Management Systems is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Principal duties of this job are performed primarily in an office environment, with occasional field duties.

  • Must be able to work in a corporate office setting.
