Are you someone who catches what others miss? Do you take pride in accuracy, quality, and ensuring every detail is correct? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Quality Audit Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our billing and audit processes. Your ability to carefully review information, identify discrepancies, conduct thorough research, and consistently follow account-specific guidelines will directly impact operational excellence and client satisfaction.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
As a Quality Audit Associate, you will:
- Learn and apply detailed account-specific guidelines to perform accurate billing audits.
- Review and audit cases to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
- Research and investigate short pays, non-pays, and supporting documentation within the collections application.Identify discrepancies, verify data accuracy, and document findings with precision.
- Perform internal quality audits to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Run customer-specific queries and analyze data to support audit and quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve audit findings and improve quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in data entry and data review.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
