Customer Service Representative

Local company in Albuquerque is seeking PART TIME Temp help from 7/1-9/30. This is a customer service role where you will be receiving incoming calls, you will provide information and assist with any inquiries. Must have great communication skills, ability to retain information and research. This position is 30 hours per week, Monday thru Friday mid-day shifts from 9A-3PM. Ability to work onsite or remote in Albuquerque, will have onsite training and pick up equipment for the first 2 weeks from 8A-5P. Will need to provide your own headset and have internet in your home if you choose to work remote after the training period. No hot spots. Paying $18 per hour. apply today.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or call center support is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
• Ability to retain information quickly and apply it accurately during customer interactions.
• Comfortable researching answers and navigating resources to address inquiries.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week on mid-day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to complete the initial onsite training period in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
• If working remotely after training, must have reliable home internet service and provide a personal headset; mobile hotspot connections are not accepted.
