Customer Service Representative 3
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer and sales support requests by opening service tickets, tracking progress, and following through until each issue is resolved.
• Communicate with customers, sales managers, and product stakeholders regarding order progress, product availability, expected replenishment timing, and product-related updates.
• Support equipment orders from initial processing through completion, including scheduling coordination, order adjustments, credit activity, and responses to routine account or order questions.
• Use internal tools and business systems to research inquiries, maintain order records, and provide accurate status updates in a timely manner.
• Monitor open orders closely and collaborate with distribution and logistics teams to help drive on-time delivery and escalate urgent requests through approved channels when needed.
• Build strong working relationships across customer service, sales, and operations to improve responsiveness and overall service quality.
• Continue developing product, process, and system knowledge to improve efficiency and provide well-informed support.
• Contribute to team success by participating in meetings, sharing updates, and maintaining a service-oriented presence with both internal and external contacts.
Qualifications:
• Associate degree in business or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience is preferred.• 5-10 years of experience in customer service, sales support, office operations, or a related field.
• Background in manufacturing environments, especially with exposure to logistics or order fulfillment activities, is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across customers, sales teams, and internal partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a dependable, solution-oriented approach to daily work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with additional business systems is a plus.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer communication, order entry, and general customer service support is preferred.
Compensation
