PC Technician
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware for daily business use.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs or component replacements to restore systems quickly and effectively.
• Set up and connect cables, peripherals, and workstation hardware to ensure clean and reliable device installations.
• Provide technical support for Dell and Apple devices, including imaging, deployment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Test newly installed or repaired equipment to confirm proper performance and compatibility with user needs.
• Track hardware activities, service updates, and asset details with accurate documentation.
• Assist with moves, adds, and changes for end-user equipment in office or operational environments.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience supporting PC hardware in a work setting.• Working knowledge of desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with associated hardware such as monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and printers.
• Familiarity with cable installation and workstation connectivity standards.
• Experience supporting Dell Technologies equipment and Apple devices.
• Ability to lift, move, and install computer equipment as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented approach to user support.
