Test Center Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome candidates at reception and guide them through the check-in process in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Review and confirm identification documents to ensure each examinee meets testing entry requirements.
• Observe testing areas by regularly moving throughout the room to help uphold exam security and compliance standards.
• Watch for conduct that may violate testing rules and address concerns according to established procedures.
• Prepare clear written documentation regarding incidents, irregularities, or other testing-related observations.
• Support general administrative tasks connected to daily test center operations and office coordination.
• Maintain an orderly, respectful environment for candidates, staff, and visitors during all testing sessions.
• Communicate instructions and policy reminders clearly so candidates understand testing expectations before and during exams.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, or office operations is preferred.
• Ability to remain attentive for extended periods and move frequently throughout the testing area during the day.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to complete reports accurately and effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable handling clerical duties such as correspondence, documentation, and general office support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with candidates and staff.
• Ability to follow procedures closely while maintaining confidentiality and a secure testing environment.
Flexible schedule, Saturdays required.
Compensation
