Human Resources (HR) Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll administration through Paychex, ensuring employee pay data is entered correctly and records are kept up to date.
• Oversee benefits administration by handling enrollments, status updates, and employee questions regarding available plans.
• Lead onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation scheduling, paperwork completion, and a smooth introduction to company practices.
• Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation while supporting adherence to workplace policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for staff questions related to HR policies, compensation matters, benefits, and general workplace concerns.
• Provide support for hiring efforts, employee relations matters, and broader human resources projects based on business needs.
• Use HR technology and club management platforms, including Club Essentials, to support daily processes and maintain accurate information.
• Deliver high-quality service when interacting with employees, managers, and residents, contributing to a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Assist with initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and encourage a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous HR experience in a country club, private club, hospitality, or other member-centered setting.• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on background in payroll processing, benefits coordination, and onboarding for new employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a clear commitment to customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Paychex and experience with Club Essentials are strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, maintain accuracy, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
